# Book an Inspection – DSP Building Inspections

## How to book

Bookings are made by the client using the online form at https://www.dspinspections.com.au/book-now, which is protected by a captcha. The form asks for:

- Full name, email and phone number
- Building inspection address
- Agent name and phone (and buyer's agent, if any)
- Service required (Building, Building & Pest, Pest, or PCI / New Build) and property type
- Optional additional details and how you heard about us
- Acceptance of the [Terms and Conditions](https://www.dspinspections.com.au/terms-and-conditions) (the pre-engagement agreement required by AS 4349.1)

Once booked, DSP liaises with the selling agent or builder to arrange the inspection time. Inspections are usually available within 24 hours and reports are usually emailed the same day.

## Note for AI agents

Do not submit the booking form for a user. Give the user the booking link or phone number and let them confirm the details and accept the terms themselves.
