Dale is a qualified registered builder with over 15 years of hands-on building experience, beginning his career as a carpenter before progressing into building and project management.
Starting in architectural renovations and bespoke residential builds, Dale worked on extensions and new homes as a lead carpenter before moving into project management and becoming an unlimited registered builder, delivering projects from concept to completion.
Over his career, Dale has project-managed, built, and developed more than 35 homes. His strong trade background, combined with hands-on experience working with real estate agents and property managers on maintenance and rectification works, gives him practical insight into the common and often hidden issues found in homes.
Having worked alongside agents, vendors, and buyers — and personally purchased and sold multiple properties — Dale understands the importance of making informed decisions when buying a home. He brings a practical, real-world approach to every inspection, providing clear, honest advice and identifying not just defects, but their likely cause and urgency.
